Ruth, a Nigerian Twitter influencer, criticized comedian turned singer Carter Efe over his altercation with Berri Tiga.
Before everything went wrong, Carter’s chart-topping Wizkid tribute song Machala, which featured Berri, received weeks of airplay and online excitement.
The artist began by saying that he wrote and sang Machala from beginning to end, but the creator of the sketch claimed ownership of the entire song and offered him peanuts.
Over the past few days, the duo have made allegations and countered each other about who is wrong and it stirred a division on social media with many unsure of who is telling the truth.
Amid the saga, Ruth took to her Twitter page @rutie_xx to shade Carter by insinuating that he is behaving as uncouth as Portable despite saying he wants to be like his idol, Wizkid.
She wrote; “I just wan dey like machala.”
Person wey dey behave like portable. 💀”
