Online Comedian, skit maker, Taaooma go in talk about why she can’s do skit on stage.

Apaokagi Adedoyin Maryam, popularly known as Taaooma, a talented skit producer, has stated that she can’t portray her skits on stage since she plays numerous parts by herself.

Taaooma, who discussed her progress as a content producer with actor and presenter Nancy Isime, stated that doing stage concerts might be too much for her.

According to Taaooma,

“If not comedy, I honestly don’t know what I would have done. I wanted to be a doctor. Later, I switched to a lawyer. I got to university and was offered Tourism, which I actually love. It’s good if you love adventure.”

“I have done something on stage. But apart from maybe hosting [events], I don’t think I want to ✓explore that path✓. It’s going to be difficult for me to act out a skit on stage because I’m like seven or eight characters.”

“If I was this person where it’s differentiated, it would’ve been easy. I might but, right now, it’s not on my mind.”
Though born in Nigeria to Nigerian parents, Tao as she’s fondly called, spent most of her early years in Namibia.

She started her online comedy in 2015 and rose to stardom in 2019 with a skit based on African parents taking their children to school.
