They were arrianged on Oct. 20, 2017 by the FCT Commissioner of Police on two counts of conspiracy and armed robbery.
Two dismissed police officers have been sentenced to death for armed robbery.
The duo were found guilty by Justice Peter Kekemeke of an FCT High Court on Thursday.
The convicts are James Ejeh and Simeon Abraham.
They were arrianged on Oct. 20, 2017 by the FCT Commissioner of Police on two counts of conspiracy and armed robbery.
Delivering judgment, Kekemeke held that the prosecution proved its case beyond reasonable doubts by calling four witnesses.
Kekemeke held that the evidence before the court proved that the convicts committed robbery while armed.
He also held that there was admission of guilt by the convicts and no evidence was stronger than their own admission.
