In a related development, Blaqbonez is reportedly working on a new song/album which is set to drop next month.
The musician on Sunday January 9 took to his personal page to announce the song and fans are already exciting to the anticipation.

Blaqbonez Biography
Emeka Akumefule, known professionally as Blaqbonez, is a Nigerian rapper signed to 100 Crowns, which is an imprint of Chocolate City. Blaqbonez is a famous Nigerian rapper known for blending Yoruba and English in his rap. In 2019, he was profiled by The New York Times as one of the new guards of Nigerian music.
Blaqbonez hails from Imo state, a state in south-eastern Nigeria dominated by the Igbo tribe. He grew up with his mother, a pastor, in a Yoruba and Urhobo mixed environment.
Blaqbonez mentioned that his parents were not in support of his newly found interest in music at the time, and so he had to keep his activities secret. Consequently, he began competing in numerous competitions, all of which have contributed to his present fame. In 2012, Blaqbonez participated in Terry Tha Rapman’s Zombie competition which he won against 3000 other rappers. In the same year, he was featured by Terry tha Rapman on his mixtape titled, “World Domination”.
