Commuters have been left stranded after a section of a bridge in Uzere-Asaba expressway in Isoko South LGA of Delta state, collapsed after a heavy downpour.
Road users were seen on both ends of the collapsed bridge, trying to figure out how to cross to the other side in the video shared online.
