BREAKING NEWS: Armed Robbers Enter Mr/Miss Teen Contestant Lodge In Ikot Abasi, Stole Laptop, Charger, Shoes, 8 Phones and others
While the dark night blew cool breeze before breaking of the day, another shocking news bursted online after unknown gunmen invaded a community to carryout robbery operations were Mr/Miss Teen Ikot Abasi contestants lodged in Edemaya, Akwa Ibom state .
The armed robbers actually broke into Engr Uwem Akpan compound, Ikot ubo village, in edemaya clan, Ikot Abasi local government area and robbed residents on Monday morning 6th January, 2020
According to reports, the suspected thieves threatened to gun down those who resisted them before they could enter the camp were all the contestants slept and packed their luggage. It was learnt that a distress call was made to the the village head in Edemaya, which would have called for reinforcement from the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) and Metro Patrol Teams, yet the connections didn’t went through, no security came either to rescue or apprehend the attack
The notorious criminal then gain full access into the camp, ransacked the whole place, pointing guns to the victims, frightened them to collect all valuables from contestants and every other persons who went for the event
Skimmer Isaac who was among the camp committee said the thieves are responsible for the robbery of the camp items and costumes

They collected 8 smartphones, charger, shoes, and other things
While the suspects dismissed, information reaches us from source said that a thorough investigation would be made in order to ensure all the lost items and stolen asserts is being restored.
