Moses Armstrong, Akwa Ibom Popular Actor Arrested for Sleeping with 16-year Old Girl

Reports reaching our desk has it that a famous Akwa Ibom actor and Nollywood star by name ‘Moses Armstrong’ has been caught for Sleeping with 16 year old Girl.

Moses Armstrong, the Nigerian movie actor, was on Thursday June 16 arrested for allegedly despoiling a female child.

The arrest was confirmed by the national president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas, who told Qed.ng that the matter is being handled by the state’s first lady, Martha Udom Emmanuel, through her Family Empowerment and Youth Re-Orientation Path Initiative.

The claim was a tragic event involving one of their own, according to the AGN president, but the organization will not tolerate such a crime. “To get involved with a child as young as 16yrs, is not something I and the association I represent, would not stand for and this is a very sad development involving a member of ours, but I wouldn’t want to comment any further on this case,” Mr Rollas said.

“He is still in police custody as we speak,” the source revealed. Moses Armstrong was a former special assistant to Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State. Rita Armstrong, Moses’s actress wife, died in 2018. Rita died as a result of injuries to her spinal cord caused in a car accident.
