There was a fire outbreak at a warehouse on Wempco road, Ogba, Lagos state reportedly belonging to Guinness Nigeria Ltd at the early hours of today.
The fire engulfed the plastic crates warehouse and destroyed property worth millions of Naira. According to a source, the fire started around 2.30am.
The cause of the fire is still unknown, however fire fighters and other relevant agencies were on ground to extinguish the fire and perform rescue operations.
Dr. Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, the Director-General of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) has confirmed the incident.
