Seyi Shay is paying tribute to Sound Sultan a week after he lost his battle with Cancer. During the 7 days Firdaus Prayer held for the late singer, Seyi Shay spoke on their relationship before his death.
She described Sound Sultan as an epitome of kindness, love and who a father should be. She shared an emotional story of how Sound Sultan called her when she was in crisis and rumors of her saying this and that were all over the place.
According to her, Sound Sultan asked her to write down everything she said and give it to him so he can defend her outside whenever her name was mentioned. She disclosed that she broke down after that emotional assignment and she promised him to change for the better.
