
• Tekno Sued To Court For Stealing A Song from Colleagues
•Song Theft: Tekno has been dragged to court for releasing a song without meeting agreement with co-songwriters.
Nigerian singer, Augustine Kelechi popularly known as Tekno is on news again, this time, he’s facing legal action for releasing song without compensation to original writers and collaborators.
Fiokee had an unreleased song with 1dabanton, & approached Tekno to feature him in that same song.
Fortunately, Tekno loved the song & proposed to buy the music. They reached an agreement.
According to the reporter, Klem and 1Da banton wrote the song, DJ Coublon produced it, Fiokee played the guitar, and Smathaudio handled the mixing and mastering.
Unfortunately, Tekno released the song without fulfilling their agreement. He owes Fiokee, 1dabanton, Klem, DJ Coublon, and Smathaudio.
The song is the 5th song on the album tracklist, titled King Of Pop.
Currently, Fiokee and his team are putting the case together for court.
